Practice lies at the core of the digital entertainment and media industries, and we made it an important element of our centre. With a robust set of collaborative research projects, networking initiatives, and seminar series, we aim to build a dynamic research culture which drives innovation and builds understanding for expanding possibilities of research practices, training and outputs. Through our projects and centre activities, we will be exploring the possibilities of the interdisciplinary approach to creative methods, as well as the rapidly expanding options for dissemination of projects which escape easy definition. Bringing together creativity and research rigour, we are confident our initiatives will be fruitful and inspiring. We will support the development of practice-based PhD candidates.
